Everything you need to know about shipments, shipping times and delivery costs of your Wisuland products.

  • Purchasing process

You can purchase your Wisuland products by selecting the model and/or size you want in our catalog and clicking on "buy". You can choose between two different payment methods: credit/debit card (we accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, etc) and Paypal.

 

  • Shipments

 

Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a tracking number by email or SMS, as long as you give us your correct email address or phone number. If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You will also receive another email or SMS from the logistics company letting you know your order will be arriving (one day before delivery to the given address).

 

Wisuland will process the order and send it to the delivery address provided. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Madrid, Spain, and returns will must be sent back to their same place of origin. 

 

Shipments will be made through CORREOS. It is not possible to modify the order address once it has been shipped. If you have made a mistake or want to change the shipping address, you must immediately contact us at  wisu@wisuland.com indicating in the subject CHANGE ADDRESS followed by your ORDER NO. We can modify it as long as the order is still in our warehouses. 

 

  • Shipments to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands), Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping costs for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are free. Shipments are made by mail, with an estimated delivery time of 24/48 hours for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and 72 hours for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Deliveries in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to import taxes and / or local customs duties. Any additional expenses due to customs duties and / or customs taxes will be borne by the recipient. More information in Section 5 (Customs Information).

 

  • International Shipping

 

  • We send to every part of the world.
  • The estimated delivery time for International Shipments is 15 business days.         
  • Shipping costs include the handling, postage, packaging and transportation of the package(s). 
  • International deliveries may be subject to local customs and / or import duties and taxes. Any additional expenses due to the payment of customs and / or customs duties will be borne by the recipient. More information in Section 5 (Customs Information). International shipments may suffer delays due to random checks at customs.

3 - Returns, exchanges and refunds

3.1 Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you must contact us at  wisu@wisuland.com, and always within the first 14 calendar days of receiving your package. Subsequently, you must send the product to the address indicated by our Customer Service center. The costs of shipping the product back to our warehouses will not be reimbursed. The return will not be accepted in the following cases:

-Excessive or abnormal use.

-If returned without its original packaging, incomplete and/or without its tags.

 

3.2 Exchanges

 

If there is a problem with the shoe or if there has been a mistake in the size, color or model, and you would like to exchange it for the same shoe and/or a different model, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with exchanging the product.

Wisuland is not responsible for damages that the article may suffer during its shipment to our facilities. These damages will be the responsibility of the company hired by the customer to carry out the shipment. To avoid this type of incident, Wisuland recommends that the products be protected by additional external packaging, or in the way it was received by the customer.  Be sure to include extra protection elements with the item or those that were part of its original packaging (packing paper, bubble wrap, cardboard, styrofoam…).

Once the order is received and we have the exchange item in stock, you will receive the product in 3 business days. Exchanges of products that do not have the original packaging with all of the components will be denied.

If you request an exchange because of damage/defect or request replacement of the model due to a mistake on our end, we will reimburse the shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses for review or exchange between 5 to 7 business days. To receive the refund, you must send us a copy of the receipt/invoice from the shipping company. The cost of sending the new product to your home will be assumed by Wisuland.

 

3.3 Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective item and would like to request a refund of your money, you should first send the product to our warehouses so that Wisuland can assess the condition of the order. After we receive the returned package and it meets the aforementioned criteria, the purchase amount will be reimbursed between 7 to 10 business days. 

Wisuland is not responsible for damages that the article may suffer during its shipment to our facilities. These damages will be the responsibility of the company hired by the customer to carry out the shipment. 4 - Transport incidents:

 

In the event that the package arrives with external damage (broken or damaged) you should reject the shipment, state the reason on the delivery note, and notify us of the incident via email at wisu@wisuland.com within 48 hours. If you fail to do this, this company will assume that the damages were suffered after these 48 hours.

 

5- Customs information

 

5.1 International Orders

 

When you place an order with Wisuland to be delivered in a country or territory not belonging to the European Union, you may have to pay import duties and taxes when the product arrives at your destination. The reason for this is that, in this case, the recipient of the order becomes the importer of the goods and they must comply with all of the applicable laws and regulations in the country/territory in which they are received.

Any additional costs incurred from the payment of customs and/or customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Wisuland has no control over these types of expenses and therefore it is not possible to anticipate their amount. Because customs policies vary significantly from country to country, we recommend you contact the appropriate customs office for information about the import restrictions that apply to certain products.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide some form of identification before proceeding with the clearance of an order. As a registered importer, you or the person to whom you are sending the shipment may be asked to provide a personal identification number, such as the N.I.F./VAT.

5.2 Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to import duties and taxes and/or local customs. Any additional expenses incurred from the payment of customs and/or customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Customs authorities require that we display the value of the product directly on the package, even when it is a gift. For more information, consult the help page on the Tax Agency website (la Agencia Tributaria), about orders being delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

 

PRIVACY: Your privacy is very important to us. With that being said, international commerce is subject to inspections and reviews that are carried out by customs authorities. Therefore, we may be obliged to provide the transport companies we work with certain information regarding the products of your order. Likewise, this information may also have to be shared with the relevant authorities to comply with current legislation.
