No, it's not necessary. You can make purchases without an account, but we recommend that you create one before completing your first order or right after. That way you will have all of the information about your orders, your personal data, etc. in your personal account and you can edit and update it whenever you want (name, email, address, password, etc.).

Also, if you are logged in and you have an account, the address fields are automatically filled in when you place an order.

You cannot make any changer to your order details from your personal account. If you have made a mistake or want to change the shipping address, you should contact us immediately at wisu@wisuland.com writing in the subject: MODIFY ORDER followed by your ORDER NUMBER. We can modify it as long as the order is still in our warehouses.

Your purchase receipt is the email we send you with all your purchase details.

If you do not have an account with us, email us at wisu@wisuland.com to request the receipt. (We recommend you create an account with us now for future occasions).

Perfect! email us at wisu@wisuland.com with your tax information (Name / Company Object, CIF / NIF and billing address) together with your order number and our billing team will send it to you within 5 days at the most. Thanks!

Oops! This rarely happens. If the purchase does not meet your expectations or the product seems damaged / in poor condition, please contact us immediately through our email wisu@wisuland.com, and we will let you know the steps to follow.

If you wish to make a general return and there is nothing wrong with the product/s you received (e.g., wrong size/color, defective, etc.), please contact us by email at wisu@wisuland.com, , within 14 days of your purchase date.

Please keep in mind that in this case, it is the customer who assumes the full responsibility of shipping the product back to our warehouses.

If no one is at home to receive your order, the courier will typically leave a delivery notice in your mailbox (or call you at the phone number you provided us) indicating where you can pick up your order and the amount of time you have until your order is returned to sender (usually 15 days).

If this time period passes and your order was returned to our warehouses, don't worry! You can request a second shipment. You just have to contact us by email at wisu@wisuland.com and we’ll let you know the next steps to take.
