How we do it

At Wisuland, we focus on creating sustainable, fashionable footwear. Handcrafted in Spain, comfortable, lightweight and long-lasting. Made from 90% organic and biodegradable materials and 10% recyclable or reusable materials.

In both the manufacturing of our shoes and the materials we use, we are mindful of our CO2 emissions and keep them as low as possible. Leaving NO-TRACE, as much as technology allows. We don’t use any toxic chemicals or organic materials that have been treated with pesticides or chemical/synthetic fertilizers.

Sustainable fashion

The fashion world is one of the biggest contributors of pollution on earth. Because of this, the slow fashion movement was born. Slow fashion looks out for the well-being of the environment, and for the health of planet earth.

Sustainable fashion is any clothing or footwear manufactured without compromising the resources of future generations and with great respect for the people involved in the process and for the environment.

Sustainable fashion is not a trend for one or two seasons; it is timeless and lasts over time. This fashion is sustainable based on its materials, natural processes and responsible consumption.
